It’s no secret in show business comedy circles or to anyone with access to Twitter that comedian and television star Louis C.K. is crudely and sexually obsessed with former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin — so much so that he sends her direct tweets calling her the vilest of names [NSFW screen shot below]. The star of the FX series “Louie” not only savages the former Governor in such a way that I’m forced to publish the evidence below the fold with a strong warning, but his breathtakingly vicious attack on Trig Palin is quite popular on YouTube.
So infamous is Louis C.K. for this cruel and misogynistic (a word I don’t use lightly) behavior towards all things Palin, that a good number of his fans didn’t miss the “joke” when he appeared with Bristol Palin on Jay Leno’s “Tonight Show” last week. Gawker sure enjoyed it. Therefore, there’s little doubt in my mind that the decision to book Louis C.K. and Bristol Palin — to have them sit next to each other on the “Tonight Show,” was an intentionally smug inside joke in order to allow a bunch of elitist show-biz and journo types to chuckle behind Bristol’s back as she was unknowingly humiliated on national television in front of all of Hollywood.
Are you freakin' kidding me? I can't believe Leno would have him on The Tonight Show, much less that FX would give him his own show. This show has received a lot of publicity and some people love it, but this guy is just sick. That is not comedy. That's hate.
Where are the feminists? Where are the boycotts?

ReplyDeleteThis is disgusting. I'd never heard of Louis C.K. Having him on The Tonight Show under any circumstances is despicable, but having him there with Bristol Palin is beyond sick. It's one reason why I haven't watched Leno in years, and why hell will freeze over before I watch him again. Why any decent human being would promote that piece of filth of their show is beyond me.

I'm truly astonished that Leno would stoop so low, but I learned a long time ago that people will constantly surprise you, and not always in a positive way. SHAME on JAY LENO. I'm going to write and complain about it.

ReplyDeleteI do not like Leno anyway - but this was way beyond the pale. Never mind how patronizing and arrogant he was to Palin, to have someone who spews that kind of misogynistic filth abt her mother, or ANY WOMAN, is despicable.

This is precisely why I love animals more than I like people. No worries as the Hollywood and Washington elite are about to experience a quantum shift to as Al Gore put it their chakra’s beginning in November.
