I wasn't sure how I felt when I first heard that Michael died, besides total shock. Sadly, for the past decade he was in the media more for the circus surrounding his life, and scandals, then for his music. But, after watching so much coverage, I remember all the great music, and good times we had listening to him.
Michael Jackson died how I would have expected him to. He was destined to be one of those legends, lost too early. I could never imagine Michael Jackson growing old. And, personally, I think he is making a bigger comback now, then any concert tour could have provided.
From what I saw, he was a troubled soul.
He will be missed. But his music will live on.
No matter what has been said about him, he was pure at heart.

ReplyDeleteHave you seen the video of Joe Jackson being interviewed by CNN at the BET award's (red carpet area)? Uneffingbelieveable. Changed my whole perception of Michael's struggle. It made me want to throw up.
